Sabinal Health Clinic, opened in 2016 by Uvalde Memorial Hospital, is located in Sabinal, TX. Medical director Dr. James Kelly and nurse practitioner ElizaBeth J. Sparkman provide full time office hours. Dr. Kelly is board certified in family medicine and has experience in treating patients of all ages. ElizaBeth desires to educate patients and their families, instilling in them the ability to make the best choices for their own personal health. The clinic also provides pharmacy pick up, walk-in appointments and short wait times, all regular vaccinations, the flu shot, and more!
